University Student Assistant - Game Day Hospitality Services Team Member (Fall 2025 - Spring 2026) Jacksonville, AL (Main Campus)
Game Day Experience Hospitality Services Team Member will play a vital role in the success of the football and baseball hospitality program at JAX STATE. The Hospitality Services team serves as goodwill ambassadors to JSU's top donors, their guests, and all fans on game day. Team members will ensure operational policies are maintained for all Game Day areas to include stadium, parking lots, vehicles, tailgates, suites, and club levels. The Hospitality Services team also serves as the liaison between donors, caterers, maintenance staff, custodial staff, athletic department personnel, parking services, transportation, management, and hospitality staff. Hospitality Services members love serving others, aim to go above and beyond, and know how to have a good time while ensuring fans enjoy their time while on the JAX STATE campus. HVAC - Lead Technician Jacksonville, AL (Main Campus)
The HVAC Technician Lead performs master level work in the maintenance and repair of refrigeration, heating, and allied equipment. The HVAC Lead Technician services and maintains various refrigeration and air conditioning installations and equipment according to established trade practices. This position serves as the Lead Technician and is responsible for evaluating the skill set and providing hands on instruction to other HVAC technicians ensuring proper techniques and procedures.
University Student Assistant - Police Communications Officer (Spring - Fall 2025) Jacksonville, AL (Main Campus)
The duties of the University Student Aid Police Communications Officer are to operate assigned radio frequencies, perform 9-1-1 and Alabama Law Enforcement Telecommunications System (A.L.E.T.S.) duties, operate the Telecommunications Device for the Deaf (TDD), maintain records and files, comply with all rules and regulations of the Police Department and University, must be able to maintain confidentiality of information, assist with operational and administrative tasks, along with additional duties as required by the department. University Student Assistant - Office of Admissions (Fall 2025 - Spring 2026) Jacksonville, AL (Main Campus)
Admissions Student Workers are responsible for staffing the front desk in the Office of Admissions. Student workers answer incoming calls, assist with packing outgoing mail, answer emails and text messages, make outgoing calls as directed, assist with set-up for campus events, and help with other tasks as needed.
