The duties of the Federal Work Study Student Aid are to obtain work experience on campus in offices, labs, gym, the library, and other areas. Duties may include assisting staff and faculty with preparation for research, classroom instruction, departmental operational needs, or performing administrative and other support duties as required.

Temporary Financial Aid Call Center Assistant

This position will assist in answering incoming calls directed to the Call Center with high-quality customer service, and will direct any other inquiries to the appropriate department across campus. The Call Center Assistant will be available to assist students and parents in completing the FAFSA in the student computer lab. This position will report to the Call Center Supervisor. |
