The Federal Student Worker will assist with creating and developing lesson material, games, and manipulatives for tutoring sessions. In addition, the Federal Student Worker will work with individuals and small groups of Prek-6th graders to assist in increasing student achievement in reading.
 
Tutors will attend mandatory training sessions and required workshops, be flexible and available to work outside of their class schedules, must be dependable and punctual for scheduled appointments, complete tutorial reports in a timely manner, and work well with Pre-k-6th grade students in the area of reading instruction. Additionally, tutors must be willing to work with a diverse student population.
