Coordinator, Graduate Recruitment Communication Jacksonville, AL (Main Campus)
The Coordinator of Graduate Recruitment Communication develops engaging messages for prospective graduate and doctoral students (both domestic and international), and other audiences such as community partners and employers. This role involves creating clear, concise, and strategic messages that encourages action. The coordinator also assists in developing and maintaining recruitment communication plans, a content calendar, and a style guide, while measuring and enhancing communication effectiveness. This position will report to the Associate Director of Recruitment Communication and Technology and will receive direction and guidance from the Graduate School leadership team regarding program specific communication needs.
Specialist, Accounts Payable Jacksonville, AL (Main Campus)
The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for processing invoices for payment in compliance with the University’s financial policies and procedures; monitor all vendor invoices to find discounts that can be applied; for performing day to day financial transactions, including auditing and posting invoices so that accounts payable are processed in an efficient and timely manner; and by resolving purchase order, contract, invoice, or payment discrepancies and documentation. This position must verify approvals and supporting documents for all invoices, direct vouchers, and travel reimbursement requests. This position must also be able to prioritize tasks, have an eye for detail and accuracy, and maintain a positive working relationship with all vendors.
Auxiliary Teacher (Infant - 3 Years Old) Jacksonville, AL (Main Campus)
The auxiliary teacher will assist with implementing a model infant to three years old program for a group of children and provide support to lead teacher with the following: planning and implementing appropriate activities for children, working with faculty and administration, working with families of young children, and modeling evidence-based practices in the classroom for early educator observers, graduate, and undergraduate students.
Groundskeeper Lead Jacksonville, AL (Main Campus)
The Groundskeeper Lead performs lawn and grounds work of a semi-skilled nature that will vary with the season. Responsibilities involve physical labor pertaining to maintenance of grounds and installation of shrubs, trees, flowers, and other landscaping flora. Work will be conducted mostly out of doors in all weather conditions. The Groundskeeper Lead knows how to safely operate motorized equipment and hand/power tools. Tasks will be assigned in detail by an immediate supervisor and are subject to frequent inspection.

The Assistant, Student Accounts within the Office of Student Accounts ensures the prompt and accurate processing of student account payments, departmental deposits, and various cash disbursements.
