Annual Salary:
$40,000.00 - $45,000.00 commensurate with experience
Normal Work Schedule:
8:00 am – 4:30 pm Monday-Friday, some evenings and weekends as required
Job Summary:
Reporting to the Hospitality Manager, the Hospitality Coordinator delivers exceptional service for daily operations and sporting events, ensuring premium guest satisfaction, cleanliness, and efficiency. Key roles include mentoring student staff, managing inventory, and supporting training.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee premium area, event, and game-day logistics with high service standards.
- Lead support staff, conduct training sessions, and serve as the main resource for student employees.
- Manage inventory, perform inspections, and maintain a safe, sanitary environment.
- Performs monthly evaluations of student staff members according to performance and participation.
- Works with the human resources department to recruit, hire and train new student personnel.
- Assists with the development of the intern program to provide additional staffing as needed.
- Leads the support staff during football and baseball game days while assisting the manager with any necessary required tasks.
- Works with the marketing team to promote hospitality services.
- Oversees the Hospitality Services' social media platforms.
- Focuses on fostering a positive environment for both guests and staff.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or at least 5 years experience in premium area management.
- At least 2 years of experience working in premium area hospitality and/or customer service.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous supervisory or management experience.
- Knowledge of standard hospitality practices and procedures.
- The ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of the best practices and procedures of customer service, hospitality management, and gameday management
- Excellent organizational skills
