The Benefits Assistant provides comprehensive support in the administration of the University’s employee benefits programs. Responsibilities include assisting with benefits enrollment, processing retirements and separations, and maintaining accurate, confidential records. This position serves as a primary point of contact for benefit-related inquiries, supports the preparation of internal and external reports, and contributes to the planning and execution of benefit-related events. The Benefits Assistant also assists with New Employee Orientation and ensures compliance with applicable University policies, as well as state and federal regulations.

Temporary Financial Aid Call Center Assistant in Jacksonville, AL (Main Campus)
The Call Center Assistant position will be responsible for making outbound calls to students regarding their financial aid status and other enrollment initiatives throughout the year. This position will assist in answering incoming calls directed to the Call Center with high-quality customer service, and will direct any other inquiries to the appropriate department across campus. The Call Center Assistant will be available to assist students and parents in completing the FAFSA in the student computer lab. This position will report to the Call Center Supervisor.
