Coordinator, Enrollment Management in Jacksonville (Main Campus)
The Coordinator of Enrollment Management serves as a liaison for the Associate Vice President of Enrollment Management across campus and provides support for recruitment, enrollment, and yield initiatives. The position consists of administrative duties such as meeting minutes, budget and purchasing responsibilities, and general office administration. The Coordinator will also assist the AVPEM with data reports from CRM, Administrative Banner, Banner Finance, and other technical systems as needed. Quality customer service will also be a focus of this position, as the Coordinator will directly supervise the Angle Hall Greeters to ensure a friendly and welcoming environment for visitors to campus. The Coordinator of Enrollment Management will also correspond with students, families, faculty, and staff through a variety of methods (email, phone calls, etc.) on behalf of the AVPEM.
