Job Summary
The Lyons & Co., Department of Management & Marketing seeks an adjunct teaching doctorate, graduate and/or undergraduate level courses in Management or Marketing. Candidate must have a minimum of a master’s degree in a field appropriate to the discipline with at least 18 hours completed in Management or Marketing and/or extensive work experience in the discipline in which they are applying to teach.

Academically Jax State offers 101 academic programs and concentrations, including bachelor's, master's, post-baccalaureate, doctoral and advanced certificate programs in a variety of disciplines that prepare graduates for meaningful careers and ongoing education. Department Information
The College of Business and Industry is comprised of three professionally oriented academic areas - The Departments of Business, The Department of Communication, and The Department of Applied Engineering. The Departments of Business are The Department of Finance, Economics, & Accounting and The Lyons & Co., Inc. Department of Management & Marketing. All are accredited by prestigious International accrediting agencies. Our goal is to provide our students quality internships and employment opportunities. Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in a field appropriate to the discipline with
- At least 18 hours completed in graduate level Management or Marketing courses
- And/or extensive work experience in the discipline in which they are applying to teach.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in management or marketing.
- Candidates who hold current relevant professional credentials.
- Teaching experience and/or conducting action research either at K-12 or higher education levels.
- Evidence of teaching excellence.
- Experience working with culturally diverse populations.
