Job Summary: The Call Center Assistant position will be responsible for making outbound calls to students regarding their financial aid status and other enrollment initiatives throughout the year. This position will assist in answering incoming calls directed to the Call Center with high-quality customer service, and will direct any other inquiries to the appropriate department across campus. The Call Center Assistant will be available to assist students and parents in completing the FAFSA in the student computer lab. This position will report to the Call Center Supervisor. |
